Motero ("the Service") is an AI-powered motorcycle route planning platform operated by Lubalab, Milan, Italy. The Service enables users to plan motorcycle routes, analyze road conditions using artificial intelligence and Google Street View imagery, and discover popular riding roads across Europe.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Motero operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to perform AI road analysis on route segments.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Important: The AI-powered road analysis provided by Motero is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for your own judgment as a rider.
You acknowledge that Motero's analysis is a planning aid and accept full responsibility for your riding decisions.
The Service uses Google Street View imagery to perform road analysis. All Street View imagery is the property of Google LLC and is used in accordance with the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. You may not download, copy, or redistribute Street View imagery obtained through the Service.
Motero operates a Pioneer System that rewards users who contribute to road analysis coverage. As a Pioneer, you may earn credit royalties when other users access road segments you helped analyze.
Royalty rates and the Pioneer System structure are subject to change at Motero's discretion. We will notify users of material changes. Royalties are credited as Motero credits and are subject to the same terms as purchased credits. Motero reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Pioneer System at any time.
By participating in the Pioneer System, you grant Motero a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use road data you contribute for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Critical safety notice: Motero is a route planning and road information tool — it is not a substitute for attentive riding.
Motorcycle riding carries inherent risks including serious injury or death. By using Motero, you acknowledge these risks and agree that the Service is a planning aid only. The rider is always responsible for their own safety.
Routes you create and analyses you perform are associated with your account. By using the Service, you grant Motero a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your routes (such as road quality ratings) to improve the Service and generate community features like the heatmap. Your specific route details remain private unless you choose to share them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Motorcycle riding is inherently dangerous. You assume all risks associated with riding, regardless of any information provided by the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the AI analysis algorithms, user interface design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Lubalab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
